Links

Our website contains references to other Internet sites (links). We have no influence on the content of the linked pages. These were carefully checked before the links were activated. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that the operators of the respective sites have made changes to the content that violate applicable law or the philosophy of VISPIRON ROTEC. VISPIRON ROTEC distances itself from such content.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Change to our privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with the current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, for example when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.

3. Data collection on our website

Collection of general information (cookies)

When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected by means of a cookie. This information includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and the like. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver website content requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet. In particular, it is processed for the following purposes:

  • ensuring a smooth connection to the website
  • ensuring the smooth use of our website
  • evaluation of system security and stability

The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest from the aforementioned purposes for data collection. We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your person. Recipients of the data are only the responsible body and, if applicable, order processors. Anonymous information of this kind may be statistically evaluated by us in order to optimize our website and the underlying technology.

You can deactivate the storage of cookies in your internet browser settings. However, the use of certain contents and services of our website may then be impaired.

Insofar as we use cookies or “tracking” technologies, we will inform you separately in our privacy policy.

Server log files

When you access a page of our website, our web servers record the address (URL) of the accessed page, the date, time, duration and size of the access, any error messages and, if applicable, the operating system and browser software of your computer as well as the website from which you are visiting us in a log file by default. We also store the IP address of your computer in our log files. The IP address is a number that your Internet provider assigns to your computer temporarily or permanently.

Contact and contact/order forms

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your data from the inquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail (rotec @ vispiron.de) to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Comment function on this website

For the comment function on this page, in addition to your comment, information on the time of creation of the comment, your e-mail address and, if you do not post anonymously, the username you have chosen will be stored.

IP address storage

Our comment function stores the IP addresses of users who post comments. Since we do not check comments on our site before they are activated, we need this data to be able to take action against the author in the event of legal violations such as insults or propaganda.

Subscribe to comments

As a user of the site, you can subscribe to comments after registering. You will receive a confirmation email to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided. You can unsubscribe from this function at any time via a link in the info emails. In this case, the data entered in the context of subscribing to comments will be deleted; however, if you have transmitted this data to us for other purposes and at another point (e.g. newsletter order), it will remain with us.

Comments storage period

The comments and the associated data (e.g. IP address) are stored and remain on our website until the commented content has been completely deleted or the comments have to be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive comments).

Legal basis

The storage of comments is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail (rotec @ vispiron.de) to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

4. Social media

We maintain online presences within social networks in order to communicate with users active there or to offer information about us there.

We would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This may result in risks for users because, for example, it could make it more difficult to enforce users’ rights. With regard to U.S. providers that are certified under the Privacy Shield or offer comparable guarantees of a secure level of data protection, we point out that they thereby undertake to comply with the data protection standards of the EU.

Furthermore, user data is usually processed within social networks for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage profiles can be created based on the usage behavior and resulting interests of the users. The usage profiles can in turn be used, for example, to place advertisements within and outside the networks that presumably correspond to the interests of the users. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on the users’ computers, in which the usage behavior and interests of the users are stored. Furthermore, data independent of the devices used by the users may also be stored in the usage profiles (especially if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them).

For a detailed presentation of the respective forms of processing and the options to object (opt-out), we refer to the privacy statements and information provided by the operators of the respective networks.

In the case of requests for information and the assertion of data subject rights, we would also like to point out that these can be asserted most effectively with the providers. Only the providers have access to the users’ data and can take appropriate measures and provide information directly. If you still need help, you can contact us.

Types of data processed

Inventory data (e.g. names, addresses), contact data (e.g. e-mail, telephone numbers), content data (e.g. text entries, photographs, videos), usage data (e.g. websites visited, interest in content, access times), meta/communication data (e.g. device information, IP addresses).
